Michael Corley got his start in real estate in 2002 after an 18 year career on Wall Street working in over-the-counter Derivative Trading in Options, Futures and Swaps.
Beginning in small boutique brokerages in Clinton Hill and Park Slope, Michael realized brokering real estate sales should be more efficient to produce better outcomes.
Borrowing from his finance background, he developed a dynamic listing price model that shortened the time a property was on market. Michael also developed tactics to market strategically to motivated buyers and renters that further shortened a listing’s time on market.
And in 15 years he’s brokered nearly $25 million in residential real estate value. In addition to heading the leadership team at Corley Realty Group, Michael publishes a blog for people who want to preserve, protect and earn their value of their property and provides free seminars to Block Associations and local organizations.
