I love this apartment. The kitchen is my favorite room because I love to cook. The new appliances are stunning and inspire the amateur chef in me to whip up dream meals I’ve longed to prepare on that much counter top space.
But the other reason I love this apartment is because you can easily turn indoor dining into an outdoor experience. You’ll have exclusive use of the backyard and at least 180 days a year for BBQ’s and festivities.
And after you’re done eating, take a 2 block stroll over to Von King Park and take in a show at the outdoor amphitheater, Eubie Blake auditorium or dance studio. Or just take a seat on a bench and enjoy the company in the park.
Since I grew up here, I could go on about all this part of the neighborhood has to offer, including Tiny Cup for your soy lattes addiction. Or how you’ll enjoy improved G train service at the Nostrand-Lafayette station.
